Steve Bristow Stone Masonry Recognised in Parliamentary Review

Last year, our parent company Steve Bristow Stone Masonry was greatly honoured to have been featured in the Parliamentary Review, and Steve was invited up to London celebrate at the annual gala.

The Parliamentary Review, chaired by Sir Eric Pickles and Lord Blunkett, is a collection of publications released each year, which aims to share best practice among policy makers and business leaders.

Each publication focuses on a specific area of our economy and features insights from chosen business leaders, cabinet ministers and government bodies. The aim is to give us a review of the year that has been and a model for pressing forward with the following year.

Since starting the business in 1996, Steve has worked tirelessly to build Steve Bristow Stone Masonry into a thriving and successful business which has always aimed to deliver a quality product and class-leading customer service. We were all thrilled to hear that this tireless dedication has been recognised on a parliamentary level.

Here is what Steve had to say about his newest venture – Steve Bristow Furniture:

“The additional factory capacity has recently enabled us to develop new products. A line of custom furniture, the amalgamation of hard materials with glass and innovative bending techniques to shape quartz are exciting new developments that are taking the business in a new direction. Never content to stand still, we are always looking for brand-new opportunities.

When the company was officially incorporated, I put my name above the door, and ensured that my standards and expectations were embedded in the company ethos: supplying the very finest products and offering a faultless customer service. I set out with a personal ambition to chase perfection, and be the best that I possibly could be. This rings through even now, 22 years on.”

Looking back at the past year

In the year since receiving the prestigious accolade, Steve Bristow Furniture has gone developed and grown into a flourishing bespoke furniture business. In January, we exhibited in the January Furniture Show at the NEC where our range received very positive reviews.

We recently launched our brand new website which allows you to personally customise pieces in our current furniture range. The customer is a fantastic tool which lets you see your personalised product in life-like computer generated images.

Our list of stockists has begun to grow too. We are still looking for top quality stockists and welcome any applications. Our stockist list will also been soon available on our website.

We have taken on some very interesting bespoke projects, including this Neolith Table and a new collection of furniture is soon to be released.
